Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Once a Gift Card has been issued to you, you are obligated to keep the Gift Card PIN and number confidential. In the event of misuse arising from loss of such details through the fault of the purchaser, Flipkart/Hubble shall not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.
The maximum value of any single Gift Card shall not exceed ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only), or such other limit as may be prescribed by the RBI from time to time for non-reloadable Prepaid Payment Instruments.
You may purchase up to 100 Gift Cards in any 30-day period, with an aggregate value not exceeding ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) per month. Purchases exceeding these limits shall be cancelled automatically.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance.
If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions
Gift cards are multi-use. So you can use a gift card multiple times as long as it carries a balance. We recommend generating gift cards for the amount equivalent to your purchase.
Flipkart reserves the right to temporarily suspend or lock Gift Card redemption if: (i) there is a recent change in the registered Mobile Number or Email ID associated with the account; or (ii) suspicious login activity or multiple failed PIN attempts are detected.
In the event that KYC details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect or insufficient, Flipkart/Pine Labs retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued.
