How to redeem your
Luzo gift card
Download the LUZO app & sign up.
In the account section select "Claim Gift Card".
Enter the code to add the Gift Card balance to your LUZO wallet.
Book your appointment and visit any salon, spa or clinic on the LUZO app after getting a confirmation.
After your services, pay your bill via LUZO and select "Use Gift Card" on the payment page to redeem.
Terms and conditions
- Comes with the validity of 6 months and can be used on the Luzo App.
- The gift card is only valid at salons, spas and clinics listed on the LUZO app.
- The gift card cannot be used for product/package / membership purchase at the outlet.
- Partial redemption is allowed, and the balance can be used for multiple payments via the app until the balance is exhausted or expired.
- Signing up on the LUZO app/website is mandatory to redeem the gift card.
- The gift card balance cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- Please inform the outlet about your reservation through LUZO upon your arrival and show the booking message to have a hassle-free experience.
- Before purchasing, please ensure that a LUZO partner outlet is available near your location for redemption
