Online: Go to "My Profile" and select claim gift card.
Online: Enter the gift card code and pin and then click the claim gift card button.
Online: A confirmation page appears, verifying that the gift card has been successfully added to the wallet
Offline: For offline redemption also the gift card needs to be added to the lenskart account
Offline: Navigates to the profile tab and selects Claim Gift Card
Offline: Enters the gift card code and PIN
Offline: Store staff will assist users in redeeming the gift card
Terms and conditions
Comes with a validity of 6 months and can be redeemed at the Lenskart-approved platforms, i.e., Lenskart website: www.lenskart.com, app, or offline stores and offline stores/websites/apps of Lenskart affiliates (Platform).
The Gift cards can be clubbed with existing offers on its website/app/store.
Gift cards can only be redeemed by adding the code to the Lenskart Wallet via the app or website.
Once activated, the membership cannot be transferred to another user.
The purchaser of Gift card may add the Gift Card to the Lenskart Money balance via the Claim option available on the Lenskart APP.
Gift card cannot be used for branded contact lenses, including but not limited to Bausch + Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, Freshlook, and Acuvue. Excluded brands may be updated by Lenskart from time to time.
Gift card can only be used for Aqualens contact lenses on Lenskart's website, app, offline stores, and affiliate platforms.
Multiple Gift Cards can be loaded into Lenskart Money Balance via the Claim Option. The maximum amount that can be accumulated via Gift cards is INR 1,00,000. The balance uploaded can be redeemed against the purchase of any product on Lenskart.
Lenskart India reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise the terms and conditions without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons.
