How to redeem your
KFC gift card
Online: Visit www.online.kfc.co.in
Online: Choose your preferred food options that you want to buy.
Online: Choose the E-Gift Card option during the payment process and make the payment to redeem the gift card.
Offline: Visit the KFC outlet that accepts the gift card. To locate the nearest outlet please visit https://restaurants.kfc.co.in/
Offline: Share the voucher code with cashier before billing.
Offline: Pay any excess ammount with another payment method.
Terms and conditions
- This KFC E-Gift Card (E-GC) is issued by Yum! Restaurants (India) Private Limited & its authorized franchisees for making Payments at participating KFC Stores in India.
- The person who has the Yum! Restaurants E-Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Do inform the cashier that you plan to use E-Gift Card for making payments before billing.
- Purchases can be done on Website / App for the amount or less than that in the card, Example, if a card has a balance of Rs 500, customer can buy for Rs 500 or less on Website / App.
- This E-Gift Card is a one-time use card & any unused balance cannot be used again or be exchanged for Cash.
- More than one E-Gift Card can be used in one bill in stores.
- Only participating KFC Stores would accept the E-Gift Card, YUM Restaurants and its authorized franchisees would add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
- For Balance and expiry check: SMS 16-digit card no, in this format, e.g., 1234123412341234 to 55757575.
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
- Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded
