At the Billing Counter, inform the cashier about the choice of making payment using Gift Cards
Cashier selects Gift Card as payment mode, submits Gift Card & PIN details in the system and completes the billing process.
Terms and conditions
This card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Multiple cards can be used for a single transaction.
The card is redeemable at any of the Joyalukkas stores across India and should be presented at the store while redeeming. For List of stores visit joyalukkas.in
The card can be used for the purchase of any Diamond Jewellery. Should you wish to purchase gold jewellery or bullions, kindly check out our other variants - Pure Gold or Gold and Diamond.
The card is partially redeemable and can be used any number of times, until the full amount is exhausted.
Gift Card generally takes 30 minutes to activate post generation
Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
EGVs issued by Joyalukkas can be redeemed partially and used multiple times on the Joyalukkas India website or mobile app until the full value is exhausted or the card validity expires. However, EGVs cannot be redeemed partially in offline stores.
