Terms and conditions
- Comes with a validity of 6 months and can be used at https://www.jio.com/selfcare/selfkyc/
- The voucher is applicable for Rs. 349 pre-paid plan.
- The Jio Starter Pack Gift Voucher for redemption in Self KYC process is issued by Reliance Retail Limited (RRL).
- The voucher can be redeemed only during ordering a Jio SIM via the online Self KYC process.
- The voucher can be redeemed during Self KYC only for the plan that matches its value only.
- The voucher must be used in a single transaction; multiple vouchers cannot be applied in the same transaction.
- The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, cannot be reloaded, and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers/gift cards. Partial redemption is not allowed.
- If Customer ports the Jio SIM number then this selected plan benefits shall automatically stand terminated for the remaining period.
- The Customer hereby gives consent that the personal information that is provided in connection with this offer might be processed, transferred and retained by RRL and other entities involved in managing the offer.
- RRL reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice; modifications shall be binding on the bearer.
- No returns and no refunds on Gift cards, E-Gift cards and E-Gift vouchers.
