Online: In case of the total bill value goes higher that GC Redemption value, customer is requested to opt for other mode of payment like credit / debit / wallet etc. for balance payment
Offline: Go to your nearest GIVA store. To locate the nearest store please visit https://www.giva.co/pages/store-locator
Offline: Select your choice of product.
Offline: Share your Gift Voucher with the cashier at the time of billing & pay the remaining amount by cash or card if required.
Terms and conditions
- Applicable at GIVA Jewellery's website, and Exclusive Brand Outlets.
- The validity of the e gift card is 180 days from the date of issue.
- The Gift Cards are only valid on studded Silver Jewellery, Perfumes, and Candles.
- Gift Cards are not Valid on Silver Chain, Silver Anklets, Silver Toe Rings, Gold Jewellery, Gold-Diamond and Silver-Diamond Jewellery, Silver and Gold coins, Idols and Utensils.
- Orders placed using Gift Cards cannot be modified.
- Valid only in India.
- Only valid on the GIVA Website and GIVA Exclusive Brand Outlets.
- Refunds for orders processed through Gift Cards will be credited to the GIVA Wallet.
- Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
