Visit the nearest the bata outlet that accepts the gift card. To locate the nearest outlet please visit https://stores.bata.com/
Share the registered mobile number with the cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing by the cashier.
Cashier to inform the available Gift Voucher and its balance.
Customer to confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further for balance payment, if any.

Terms and conditions
- Comes with a validity of 6 months and would be accepted at the listed stores
- The Gift card can be clubbed with the existing offers.
- The Gift card can be converted into e-Pay, as per the convenience of the holder.
- Multiple Gift cards can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance. The maximum cumulative Gift card value that can be added to the e-Pay balance in 30 days is Rs. 20,000.
- After conversion into e-Pay balance, this Gift card is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
- The Bata e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
- The Bata e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
- Bata Gift cards will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
- Bata Gift cards cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Bata reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
